Important information

At present, children should come to school wearing their PE kit on those dedicated PE days.   They should have a spare pair of shoes to wear if their trainers get wet or muddy.

Please ensure your child has their book bag in school everyday so that staff can monitor the frequency of their reading and sign it as appropriate.  Click here to view a suggested reading list for children in Year 3 & 4.

Reading and Spelling - It is important to hear your child read every day.  Each week your child will have a new set of spellings to learn following a pattern.  Please click here to view a range of spelling activity ideas to help your child learn.  In addition, the children will have daily spellings to learn and revise from the 300 High Frequency words which are available here. The daily spellings will then progress on to homophones and year 3/4 spellings available here.

Maths  - Click here to find out more information and view the Maths Homework Grid for the Autumn term.  Learning your multiplication facts is very important!  Click here for a range of activities to help children learn their multiplication and division facts and here for further information about what 'knowing your multiplication facts' means and how we recommend you help your child with this at home.
